We kindly inform you that during the Holy month of Ramadan from 11 March until 9 April, 2024 inclusively, “Al Hilal” Islamic Bank” JSC and its branches in Almaty, Astana will work by the following schedule:
- from Monday to Thursday – from 09:00 to 18:00 without any breaks;
- on Fridays – from 09:00 to 18:00 with a break from 12:30 to 13:30 for Juma prayer.
The Shymkent branch will work from 09:00 to 16:00 without a break and on Fridays - from 09:00 to 18:00 with a break from 12:30 to 13:30 for Juma prayer.
During the Month of Ramadan customers’ payment instructions and requests will be processed and executed by the Bank in the following order:
- Payment orders for outward payment in local currency to be processed on the same value date and opening/closing of KZT deposits - from 09:00 until 15:00 from Monday to Friday. Payment in foreign currency to be processed on the same value date and opening/closing of USD deposits - from 09:00 until 13:00 from Monday to Thursday and 09:00 until 12:00 on Fridays.
- Payment orders for non-cash foreign exchange buy/sell to be processed on the same value date between USD/KZT – from 09:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday. Foreign exchange buy/sell to be processed on the same value date between USD/AED and AED/KZT – from 09:00 until 13:00 from Monday to Thursday and 09:00 until 12:00 on Fridays.
- Cash services in the branches of the Bank will be carried out from 09:00 to 16:00.
