We congratulate you with the upcoming Eid al-Fitr which marks the end of the Holy month of Ramadan. We hope Allah will accept all your good deeds during Holy month of Ramadan and wish you and your families health, happiness, goodness and prosperity.
We would like to notify you that from April 8th to April 12th, 2024, Eid al-Fitr will be observed in the UAE.
During this period, all outgoing payments in US dollars and AED, conversion operations (AED/KZT, USD/AED), opening and closing of deposits in US dollars will be temporarily suspended and will resume on 15th of April.
Outward transactions in KZT, conversion operations (USD/KZT) will continue to be processed as usual.
In this connection the 10th of April 2024 will be a day-off in the Bank.
We kindly ask you to execute all your transactions that were planned for the 10th of April 2024, and direct all your instructions to the Bank not later than 14.00 p.m. on the April 9, 2024.
