On the procedure for providing support to SMEs during the state of emergency and quarantine

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that amendments and additions were introduced to the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market dated June 15, 2020 No. 251 "On additional measures to support small and medium-sized businesses" in order to provide small and medium-sized businesses (hereinafter - Clients), whose financial situation worsened during the state of emergency and (or) quarantine, additional support measures to support the business, implement plans to recover financial situation and prevent cases of arrears on financing products.

In accordance with these changes and additions, support for SMEs is provided on the basis of application by the Client, drawn up in any form. The Client can submit the application with necessary documents attached to the Bank via e-mail or the “Bank-Client” online system.

The decision to refinance or provide deferrals of payments for financing products for businesses whose activities were restricted, prohibited, or suspended as a result of quarantine measures in the period from July 5 to August 2, 2020 is taken by the Bank without providing documents confirming the worsening of the financial situation, taking into account the provisions of the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market dated July 23, 2020 No. 293.

The Bank considers the Client's application during 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt of the application.

Providing payment deferrals on financing products will not affect the Customer's credit history.
