Al Hilal “Islamic Bank” JSC (further the Bank) has become aware of fraudulent scams by third parties in which existing or potential customers are advised to transfer money to pay commissions for approved financings at the Bank.

The Bank informs that it does not send messages through e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, and other types of messengers with a request to transfer commissions for approved financings.

The Bank only charges commissions after a signed application from the customer is approved by the Bank, and then the Bank’s commissions are debited directly from that customer’s current account opened with the Bank.
